30 day returns policy
We offer free returns up to 30 days from delivery on all orders. Before considering a return remember that your product is covered by a 2 year warranty & in the unlikely event that you experience an issue simply reach out & our highly trained customer support team can help you.
If you wish to return an item please notify us within 30 days of delivery & we will collect free of charge. To be eligible for a return & qualify for a full refund the chair must be brand new, undamaged & safely packed in the original box prior to building the chair. Once the chair has been assembled you would still be eligible for a refund however deductions will be made for any damage/wear caused during assembly/use during the 30 day period.
Returning an item
Please contact us with your order number & one of our team members will help you to arrange a suitable day for collection. Please note we can only collect between Monday-Friday excluding bank holiday / public holidays.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after an item has been successfully returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Once processed your refund will clear within 2-5 working days.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- This includes: Any item not in its original condition, used, damaged or missing parts. Any damage caused as a result of improper packing will be deducted from your refund.
