Returns Policy & Money Back Guarantee

Our returns policy is more like a money back guarantee. We're confident you'll love your new ATOM gaming chair, just as much as we do. Should you change your mind & choose to return within the 30 days of purchase, we will simply collect your item free of charge & issue a full refund.

We appreciate you will need to build & sit on the chair to test it out. All we ask is that the chair is kept clean, undamaged & safely repacked in the original box.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us with your receipt / proof of purchase & one of our team members will help you to arrange a suitable day for collection. Please note we can only collect on week days. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after an item has been successfully returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
