Returns & Money Back Guarantee

Our returns policy is more like a money back guarantee. Should you change your mind & choose to return within the 30 days of purchase, we will simply collect your item free of charge & issue a full refund. Before considering a return remember that your product is covered by a 24 month warranty period. Either way we will work fast to deliver a solution.

Returning a product

If you wish to return an item please notify us within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return the chair must be clean, undamaged & safely repacked in the original box for safe transit. Please contact us with your order number & one of our team members will help you to arrange a suitable day for collection. Please note we can only collect on week days. 


Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days after an item has been successfully returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - This includes: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any damage caused as a result of improper packing will be deducted from your refund.
