Delivery Information

Despite the disruption caused by coronavirus outbreak, our warehouse and full delivery service is operating as normal. We will update this page if anything changes. You can buy with confidence that your order will be processed and delivered as stated on our website.

abroco offer free next business day delivery to orders within England, Southern Scotland & Wales. All in stock items ordered by 12pm Mon-Fri are sent the very same day. We can also provide Saturday delivery at a small extra charge (for some areas). Surcharges & upgrade fees are listed below:

DHL Saturday Delivery - £10.00 per item

All post codes within England & Wales including; DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (Exc KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 - AB16, AB21 - AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 - PA19, PH1 - PH3

*Free next business day delivery for all orders placed Mon-Fri. Orders after 12pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday and delivered the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. To receive your item on a Saturday you will need to select this option during checkout. Saturday deliveries are always the following Saturday after the day when the order was placed.

ATOM™ gaming chairs are very well packed to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please contact us & one of our friendly team members will help you to find a quick, smooth solution.

 

Tracking your order

Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been processed & leaves our warehouse DHL Parcels will send a full tracking details link via e-mail or text message. At this point if you need to make any adjustments to the delivery date please contact DHL Parcels to arrange. Please note we are unable to deliver on bank holidays, public holidays or Sundays.

 

Pre-order items

Once you have purchased an item on pre-order we will send an email confirming your payment & order has been accepted. We will keep you fully updated along the way. In the event our stock is received before or after the expected date stated (on the product page) you will be notified in advance.

If you have any specific delivery dates in mind we can coordinate the delivery to help suit you. You will receive tracking details once the item has been sent. 

 

Pre-order confirmation?

For confirmation of an existing pre-order, click the view the order status link in the original order confirmation email then click "show order summary" to display the pre-order date for your purchase.

 

Bulk orders (5+ items)

Orders for anything above five items will be sent on pallets with a reliable courier service.
