Correct assembly, regular cleaning & simple maintenance will extend the life of your chair. Check all the assembly bolts every 6 months to prevent wear associated with loose fittings. Use a clean very lightly damp cloth (no chemicals) to wipe down the PU leather. Remove any excess moisture with a dry clean cloth. All moving parts (recliner, tilt mechanism, gaslift and armrest etc.) do not require maintenance and will last a long time if used correctly.
Sharp, hard or rough objects can easily damage the PU leather. Keep your chair safe, avoid rough usage, heavy impacts & tipping over the chair. Prevent contact with your desk or rough clothing such as metal studs etc.
Keep away from all food/liquids, grease & moisture will degrade the PU leather. Clean any spills immediately with a clean very lightly damp cloth (no chemicals). Remove any excess moisture with a dry clean cloth.
Smoking near the chair can lead to accidental damage.
Regular exposure to a buildup of sweat or skin oils on the PU leather will damage the surface layer of the material. Avoid sitting in the chair without clothing to eliminate direct contact with skin. Be sure to follow the cleaning steps outlined in this guide to maintain your ATOM™ gaming chair.
Keep your chair away from all heat sources or chemicals since this will damage the PU leather.
Pets or young children can damage PU leather or other parts of the chair. Keep away from any moving parts to prevent injury.
Distribute weight evenly and sit in the middle of the seat with your back against the backrest.
Do not sit on the edge of your seat, this can cause injury or accidental damage and tip over the chair.

Do not force all your weight against the backrest when upright or reclined.
Avoid excess load and only one person in the chair at a time.
Do not push the chair around with someone sitting in the seat.

Completely avoid leather contact with all hard, sharp or rough surfaces such as your desk. This will damage the PU leather.
Be careful with all moving parts, do not place your fingers or hands near the recliner mechanism, tilt mechanism or underside of the armrest surface.
Abusive actions in the chair will reduce the products lifespan and can lead to injury or accidental damage. Physical damages and excessive wear are not covered under the manufacturers warranty.
